Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 15 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery to design develop and implement ITOM solutions
Job Description
Utilize expertise in ServiceNow ITOM specifically ITOM Discovery to enhance enterprise IT operations management Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate discovery solutions with existing IT infrastructure Analyze and optimize discovery patterns to ensure accurate and comprehensive CMDB population Develop and maintain custom discovery patterns and probes as per business requirements Participate in troubleshooting and resolving discovery related issues to maintain system integrity Stay updated with latest ServiceNow ITOM capabilities and best practices to continuously improve discovery processes
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow ITOM Discovery modules Design and develop discovery patterns probes and sensors to automate asset and service discovery Manage CMDB data quality by ensuring accurate and timely discovery of IT assets Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align discovery solutions with business goals Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on ITOM Discovery tasks Document technical specifications configurations and processes related to discovery activities Conduct testing validation and deployment of discovery solutions in production environments Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular status updates
