Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven agri-field marketing executive to develop and manage dealer and distributor networks within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's agricultural products, generating sales opportunities, strengthening channel partnerships, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit dealers, distributors, and channel partners regularly within the assigned territory.
- Promote the company's agricultural products and generate business through the dealer and distributor network.
- Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors to expand market coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
- Ensure product visibility and availability at dealer and distributor locations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitor activities, pricing, and customer demand.
- Conduct product presentations and promotional activities for dealers and distributors.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and product delivery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture,
- Agribusiness,
- Marketing,
- Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Location
Field-based role involving regular travel within the assigned sales territory.
Preferred Requirements
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
