Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for digital, print, social media, and branding projects.
2. Lead the visual direction of marketing and communication materials.
3. Design advertisements, brochures, presentations, social media creatives, banners, packaging, and promotional materials.
4. Ensure consistency in brand identity across all communication channels.
5. Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and business teams to develop impactful creative solutions.
6. Review and approve design outputs to maintain high creative standards.
7. Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery within deadlines.
8. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing creative direction and feedback.
9. Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
10. Coordinate with vendors, printers, photographers, and external creative partners when required.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2. 4–10 years of experience in graphic design, creative design, or art direction.
3. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, campaign design, and visual storytelling.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Figma.
5. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
6.Experience designing for both digital and print media.
7.Excellent creative thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
