A Multi Effect Evaporator (MEE) Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring a Multi Effect Evaporator system, which is used in industries like pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food processing, dairy, textiles, and wastewater treatment to concentrate liquids by removing water through evaporation.
Main Responsibilities of an MEE Operator
Start up and shut down the evaporator system
Monitor: Steam pressure Temperature
Vacuum levels
Flow rates
Concentration levels
Control pumps
valves
condensers
Maintain proper feed and discharge balance
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
