We are looking for a dedicated Accountant & Telecaller Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, customer communication, and coordination activities. The role involves managing daily accounts in Tally, handling customer calls, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records using TallyPrime
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments
- Generate invoices, GST reports, and reconcile bank statements
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and inquiries
- Coordinate with vendors, transport partners, and internal teams
- Maintain customer databases and update records regularly
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Assist with office administration and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting and telecalling
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic computer applications
- Knowledge of GST billing and bookkeeping
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Ability to manage customer relationships effectively
- Familiarity with inventory management processes
