Job Overview
Rainbow International School is seeking a proactive, result-oriented, and experienced Business Development Associate (BDA) to accelerate our enrollment growth. Working directly under the guidance of the Business Development Manager (BDM), you will serve as a key driver for institutional growth.
Your primary mandate will be to establish strategic B2B tie-ups, partnerships, and collaborations with preschools, secondary schools, coaching centers, and colleges to create a robust and sustainable "admission pull" pipeline for our various academic programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Institutional Tie-ups & Partnerships: Identify, pitch to, and secure strategic partnerships with preschools (for primary admissions) and schools/colleges (for higher secondary or integrated programs) to build a steady pipeline of prospective students.
- B2B Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with school principals, trustees, college administrators, and educational consultants to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Pipeline & Target Ownership: Collaborate with the BDM to execute lead-generation strategies, ensuring monthly and seasonal enrollment targets are met.
- Admission Pull Initiatives: Organize and execute joint events, career counseling seminars, webinars, and open-house sessions at partner institutions to directly engage with parents and students.
- Market Intelligence & Mapping: Map out geographical clusters of target institutions and track competitor enrollment strategies to pitch Rainbow International School's unique value proposition effectively.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain precise records of all institutional touchpoints, lead pipelines, and conversion metrics in the CRM, providing weekly progress reports to the BDM.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Field Sales, or Institutional Partnerships, ideally within the EdTech, K-12 schooling, or higher education sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work seamlessly under a team structure, taking direction from the BDM while independently managing daily field operations.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with a track record of successfully negotiating and closing agreements with institutional heads/decision-makers.
- Travel Readiness: High willingness to travel locally for field visits, school/college meetings, and community events.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
