Job Description:
Sathya Technocosft is seeking a dynamic and motivated Fibernet Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-speed internet services to residential and business customers. You will play a key role in driving our sales strategy, expanding our customer base, and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers in the Tuticorin area to promote Fibernet services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Present product offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing, to prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote services and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications or technology sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
