- Welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
- Manage room reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
- Update booking details in the Property Management System (PMS)
- Maintain accurate guest records and documentation
- Handle room allocations and key management
- Ensure proper billing and payment processing
- Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams
- Communicate guest preferences and special requests
- Ensure seamless service delivery across departments
- Process payments (cash, card, digital)
- Generate invoices and maintain financial accuracy
- Balance cash at the end of shifts
- Maintain high standards of grooming and professionalism
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle feedback effectively
- Upsell hotel services (rooms, dining, amenities)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
