Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer interactions, providing product and service information, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience through professional communication and timely support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with product information, order updates, and service-related questions.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
- Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience and brand reputation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and email communication.
