Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Handling
- Greet walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing clearly.
- Product Presentation
- Demonstrate different car models and variants.
- Arrange and conduct test drives.
- Explain finance, insurance, and exchange offers.
- Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads through calls, references, and field visits.
- Follow up with potential customers regularly.
- Documentation & Process
- Assist customers with booking formalities.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams.
- Ensure proper documentation for registration and delivery.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain customer database and follow-up records.
- Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Showroom Management Support
- Ensure display vehicles are clean and properly maintained.
- Keep updated with new models, schemes, and competitor activities.
- Participate in promotional activities and events.
- Reporting
- Submit daily sales reports to Sales Manager.
- Update CRM system regularly.
