We are seeking an experienced and leadership-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing unit. In this role, you will be responsible for managing production schedules, supervising line workers, ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of product quality.
The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of optimizing manufacturing workflows to meet company targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Workflow: Oversee daily manufacturing operations, assign tasks to production staff, and monitor performance to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Schedule & Quotas: Plan and execute production schedules to meet delivery deadlines while managing resource allocation and labor hours.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor production quality to ensure all finished goods meet strict company standards and client specifications; troubleshoot and resolve any defects.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce all safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, etc.) to maintain a safe, hazard-free working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all machinery is properly serviced, minimize downtime, and resolve mechanical issues quickly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or production plant environment (Required).
- Language Advantage: Fluency in Hindi is highly preferred / a strong advantage to effectively communicate with and manage North Indian labuor.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing equipment, assembly processes, and safety regulations.
Pay: ₹10,309.02 - ₹30,000.00 per month
