The Company Field Officer role is a sales and market development position for the company's beverage products (instant tea/coffee premixes, vending solutions, etc.).
Key responsibilities include:
- Promote company's beverage products and vending machine solutions.
- Generate new leads through field visits and local networking.
- Appoint and manage dealers, sub-dealers, and distributors.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers and customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities.
- Monitor competitors' products, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve business performance.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Market survey and competitor analysis.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- HS/Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, beverage, or field sales/ technician is an advantage.
- Language: Bengali, Nepali, Hindi, English.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
