CUKNUK is hiring a Telecaller / Telesales Executive for our Pune office.
This is a desk-based sales role focused on calling new and existing customers, generating orders, customer follow-ups, and repeat sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call new leads and introduce CUKNUK frozen food products.
- Call existing customers and generate repeat orders.
- Follow up on enquiries, samples, quotations and previous discussions.
- Take orders through phone and WhatsApp.
- Inform customers about new products, offers and pricing.
- Reactivate old/inactive customers.
- Maintain regular customer follow-ups and relationships.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and dispatch.
- Maintain daily calling and sales activity records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Marathi, Hindi and English communication preferred.
- Basic computer, WhatsApp and Excel knowledge.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Positive and target-oriented attitude.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous telecalling/telesales/FMCG/food sales experience will be an advantage.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives
