We are looking for a motivated R&D Engineer to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting design, development, and improvement of mechanical components and systems. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and customer locations to ensure design quality and project timelines are met.

Design and develop mechanical components using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD

Perform solid modeling and sheet metal design

Support product development and engineering documentation

Work closely with project teams to meet project timelines and quality standards

Ensure designs comply with ISO GPS standards

Coordinate with customers and internal teams for project requirements

Provide technical support during product development and implementation

BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

1–3 years of experience in mechanical design

Good understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work at customer locations in Bengaluru
