Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations in the distillery/warehouse.
- Manage end-to-end production of beverages (fermentation, bottling, quality checks).
- Manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
- Plan and implement production schedules to meet monthly targets.
- Lead a team of supervisors and production workers.
- Monitor production efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.
- Supervise production staff and monitor performance.
- Implement and maintain quality control standards specific to liquor production.
- Optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal regulations in alcohol production.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for raw material procurement.
- Prepare production reports and communicate with senior management.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and process optimization.
- Leadership skills for managing mid-sized teams (10–25 staff).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Production Engineering.
- 3–5 years experience in production/operations, preferably in liquor or beverage manufacturing.
- Knowledge of distillation processes, bottling, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production reporting tools.
