Job Summary
Surbhi Satcom Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Quality Engineer – IPQC with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in CCTV manufacturing and assembly.
The candidate will be responsible for in-process quality inspection, defect identification, root cause analysis, quality documentation, and ensuring compliance with defined quality standards across the CCTV production line.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) inspections across CCTV production and assembly lines.
- Conduct visual and functional quality inspections of CCTV cameras and related components.
- Inspect products for defects related to PCB, camera modules, housing, connectors, wiring, soldering, and assembly.
- Identify, record, and monitor defects during the manufacturing process.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and reduce process rejection, defects, and rework.
- Maintain daily inspection records, quality reports, rejection reports, and defect data.
- Prepare and maintain PPM, MIS, and other quality-related reports.
- Ensure production processes follow defined SOPs, work instructions, inspection standards, and quality parameters.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor recurring defects and drive corrective actions for continuous quality improvement.
- Ensure proper 5S implementation and maintenance on the production line.
- Support internal and external quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in CCTV manufacturing / CCTV assembly.
- Good knowledge of CCTV products, components, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong knowledge of visual quality inspection.
- Good understanding of IPQC processes and inspection methodology.
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
- Good knowledge of PPM and MIS reporting.
- Knowledge of 5S implementation on manufacturing lines.
- Good knowledge of PCB and electronic component inspection.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation.
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. – Electronics / Electrical / ECE or related discipline.
- Diploma – Electronics / Electrical / ECE or related discipline.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2–4 years
- Relevant Experience: CCTV Manufacturing / CCTV Assembly – Mandatory
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma
- Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good coordination skills with Production, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
