Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director
Location: SimadaNaka - Surat
Reporting To: Director
Key Responsibilities:
1.Executive Support
Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
Prepare agendas, minutes (MOM), and follow-ups for meetings
Handle confidential documents and communication
2.Communication & Coordination
Act as a liaison between the Director and internal departments (Sales, Projects, Operations, Finance)
Coordinate with clients, vendors, Draft emails, reports, presentations, and official correspondence
3.Task Management
4.Travel & Event Management
Arrange travel (domestic/international), accommodation, and itineraries
Coordinate business meetings, site visits, and events
5. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain records of contracts, agreements, and project documents
Ensure proper filing and document control (digital & physical)
6.Strategic & Operational Support
Assist in business planning, presentations, and review meetings
Support decision-making with data analysis and reports
Monitor KPIs and highlight critical issues
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication (written & verbal)
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Time management and problem-solving skills
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (MBA / Management preferred)
1-2 years of experience as EA / PA to senior management
Performance Metrics (KPIs):
Timely scheduling & coordination efficiency
Meeting follow-up closure rate
Accuracy and timeliness of reports/MIS
Director satisfaction level
Task completion within deadlines
Additional Requirements:
Flexible working hours as per business needs
Willingness to travel for site visits/meetings
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
