Job Overview:
As a Telecalling Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining customer relationships and representing the Alornix brand in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
* Contact prospective customers and explain our products and services.
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
* Schedule appointments and coordinate customer meetings when required.
* Attend customer meetings to provide communication support, if necessary.
* Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in the company's system.
* Achieve daily and monthly calling targets while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Experience: 0–1 year in Telecalling, Customer Support, Telesales or a related field.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and internet browsing).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Malayalam and basic English. Additional language skills will be an advantage.
