Will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls from the
Prospects and convert them into confirmed patients. -70 calls per day
on dialer, Outbound, Inbound, Follow-ups, Closure, sales and 200 calls
from the tele advisor and 150 calls from TL with standard protocol
100% coordination with the Manager, Team and Front-end clinic team
Meeting the Walk-in targets at clinic – Achieve team target of walk-ins
per day at clinics & minimum 15% conversion against the new leads
Leads follow up and revenue generation
Contact existing patients as well as new prospective leads using scripts
- Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items
Maintaining the database of the leads on a regular basis, create and
maintain proper records for all calls on the CRM.
Operations
Answer and make calls professionally to provide information about
products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of
complaints.
Addressing the patients’ uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions
on time.
Attending and conducting regular team meetings to clarify progress
and performance-related expectations
Understand the specifications of the patients and give them
appropriate replies - Posing questions to comprehend the client
necessities and close sales
Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying
information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
Training
Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand
knowledge of the company and position
Striving to achieve first call resolution and maintain the quality of
service and same quality expectation with the team also.
