Senior Video Editor (High-Retention & Storytelling Focus)
About the Role: We aren’t looking for a basic button-pusher who just splices clips together. We need a Master Storyteller and Video Editor who understands narrative pacing, psychological hooks, and how to keep a viewer’s eyes glued to the screen for 20+ minutes.
You will take full execution ownership of high-ticket, long-form and short-form YouTube content for major clients in the media, political, and philosophical spaces.
What You Will Do:
- Own the Narrative: Turn raw footage and scripts into high-impact, cinematic visual stories. You control the rhythm, tension, and emotional pacing.
- Hook Construction: Craft flawless first 30 seconds of videos to maximize viewer retention graphs.
- Advanced Audio & Grading: Execute professional sound design (sound effects, ambiance, scoring) and clean color grading that elevates the production value to a premium standard.
- Zero-Overhead Delivery: Deliver flawless, client-ready first drafts. You are expected to self-correct and quality-check your work before anyone else sees it.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience editing high-retention long-form content on YouTube or digital media networks.
- Expert mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- A deep obsession with YouTube pacing, meme culture, and modern editing styles (think transition mastery, kinetic typography, and strategic b-roll usage).
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines without needing hand-holding.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
