About the Role
We are looking for a confident and energetic Cold Calling Specialist to join our team and help generate qualified meetings for our fleet and transport management solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with business decision-makers, understanding customer challenges, and converting conversations into sales opportunities.
The candidate should be comfortable handling outbound calls, qualifying leads, managing follow-ups, and scheduling product demos for the sales team. Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential business customers from provided lead data
- Connect with decision-makers and understand their transport or operational challenges — communicating in English, Tamil, or Hindi as needed
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, fleet size, current processes, and urgency
- Schedule product demos or meetings for the sales team with proper call notes
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp
- Maintain accurate lead updates in CRM or Google Sheets
- Improve calling approaches and scripts based on customer feedback and responses

- Schools and educational institutions
- Transport managers and school transport coordinators

- Fleet owners and transport contractors
- Operations and logistics managers
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi (all three are mandatory)
- Prior experience in cold calling, telecalling, or outbound lead generation
- Ability to confidently speak with business decision-makers
- Good objection-handling and conversation skills
- Comfortable achieving daily calling targets and follow-up activities
- Basic computer knowledge including Google Sheets, CRM tools, email, and WhatsApp Web
- Professional calling etiquette with a clear and confident voice
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B calling or SaaS lead generation
- Experience handling school or transport-related clients
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking processes
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
