Qualification:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or Hardware & Networking.
- CCNA/Hardware & Networking certification will be an added advantage.
Job Summary
Neoteric Properties is looking for a skilled Computer Hardware & Network Engineer to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for hardware maintenance, network support, system troubleshooting, and providing technical assistance to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Configure and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Provide technical support to employees.
- Install and update operating systems and software.
- Maintain CCTV systems and biometric devices.
- Monitor internet connectivity and coordinate with ISPs.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure data backup.
Required Skills
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi)
- Windows OS installation and support
- Router and switch configuration
- CCTV and printer management
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
