Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability and support efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data storage solutions.
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines and ETL processes within Snowflake environments.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues.
- Familiarity with SQL and scripting for data manipulation and automation tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining data integrity and system availability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
