Job Summary:
The Matrimonial Telecaller Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining matrimonial services, and assisting them with membership registration. The role focuses on telecalling, lead conversion, and providing customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain matrimonial services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Encourage customers to register and subscribe to matrimonial membership packages.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into members.
- Maintain customer details and update call records in the system.
- Provide guidance to customers on profile creation and partner search.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Ensure polite and professional communication with customers.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
