We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and supporting business growth in the specialty chemicals/nutraceutical ingredients segment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
* Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good negotiation and convincing ability
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Basic understanding of sales processes (industry knowledge is a plus)
* 0–3 years of experience in sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
