Job Summary
We are hiring a dedicated and energetic Telecaller Executive to engage with prospective students and customers, generate quality leads, and support admissions and sales activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and customers.
- Explain courses, programs, and services clearly and effectively.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Schedule appointments for counselors and sales executives.
- Maintain accurate call records and CRM updates.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Plus Two / Degree qualification.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
