Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with 3 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. The role involves working on real-world data problems, contributing to model development, and enabling end-to-end ML pipelines aligned with business use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for business applications
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA)
- Build and optimize supervised and unsupervised learning models
- Develop scalable ML pipelines and integrate them into production systems
- Evaluate model performance and fine-tune using appropriate metrics
- Work with large datasets using Python-based frameworks
- Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver AI solutions
- Document models, experiments, and ensure reproducibility
- Stay updated on new ML techniques and AI advancements
Technical Skills – Mandatory
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with ML libraries: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Knowledge of data handling libraries: Pandas, NumPy
- Understanding of ML algorithms:
- Regression, Classification
- Clustering
- Decision Trees, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting
- Experience in data preprocessing & feature engineering
- Knowledge of model evaluation techniques (precision, recall, F1, ROC-AUC, etc.)
- Experience with SQL / database querying
- Basic understanding of model deployment concepts (APIs, Flask/FastAPI)
