Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1–4 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify outbound leads across global markets.
- Conduct high-volume prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the leadership team.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates.
- Achieve outreach and meeting booking targets.
- Work closely with the sales leadership team to improve outreach strategies.
- Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Outbound Sales/SDR/Business Development within IT Services, SaaS, or Technology Consulting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience with high-volume outbound prospecting (50+ touchpoints/day).
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho), and cold email tools.
- Strong understanding of technology services or SaaS solutions.
- Experience selling to North America (NA), Europe, and/or MEA markets is mandatory.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to build a successful sales career.
