### Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions)
* Built at least 1 SaaS product (not just worked on modules)
* Strong backend architecture experience (API design, DB design, scaling)
* Experience with multi-tenant systems (multiple clients in one platform)
* Hands-on coding ability (Node.js / Python / Java)
* Experience handling real users (1000+ active users)

* Only worked in service-based companies without product ownership
* Only frontend/mobile developer
* Only managed team but not coded
* No real production deployment experience
