About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Head to lead project planning, execution, client coordination, and team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives. Project Head roles commonly involve end-to-end project planning, stakeholder management, resource allocation, risk management, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software implementation and development projects.
- Plan project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and provide project updates.
- Manage project teams and ensure timely task completion.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare project status reports and present updates to management.
Requirements
- MBA, BBA or any Bachelors degree
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in ERP, software implementation, or IT projects preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
