Key Responsibilities – Key Account Manager / Sr. Key Account Manager
- Manage existing accounts, and increase revenue in existing accounts.
- Cross Sell and Upsell our services.
- Conduct periodic reviews with the key stakeholders in the account
- Control and manage churn and contraction.
- Ensure revenue targets are met, month on month
- Coordinate with respective teams to ensure a superior experience for the customer
- Account Management experience is essential
- Good understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications/ collaboration technology/ Telecom technologies/ workflow technologies.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understand client needs (from time to time)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical skills and Business Analysis experience to understand customer business, customer engagement challenges to align solutions for customer success.
- Experience of 5+ years for KAM and 10+ years for Senior KAM
- Should have SME/Enterprise/Corporate sales background
- Candidates with experience in Voice VAS service providers, Contact Centre solutions sales and/or Cloud Telephony products.
- Prior Account Management Experience for Key Account Manager role
- Experience in Tech/SaaS companies with Voice background
- Should have a basic/ foundation knowledge in information security standards like ISO27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS etc.
- Should be aware of Ozonetel Information security framework, policies and standards.
- Follow security hygiene related standards related to desktop/ server / application / database/ network environments.
Preferred Industry: Tech/SaaS companies with voice background
