Avesent Pvt Ltd is hiring an Email Marketing Executive / Lead Generation Executive with hands-on interest or experience in bulk email marketing, B2B lead generation, and international client acquisition.
This role focuses on generating qualified leads through email campaigns for IT services such as website development, digital marketing, and eCommerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities (Email Marketing + Lead Generation)
- Execute bulk email marketing campaigns using platforms like Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL
- Generate B2B leads from international markets (USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Australia)
- Create high-converting email outreach campaigns & follow-ups
- Build and manage email databases (500–700+ contacts preferred)
- Identify potential clients for:
- Web Design & Development
- SEO & Digital Marketing
- eCommerce Development
- Maintain a target of 30+ qualified leads per month
- Track campaign performance: open rate, CTR, reply rate, conversions
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and conversion

- Knowledge of tools like Mail Merge, CRM, Email Automation tools
- Existing access to email databases/leads
- Experience with cold email outreach
