Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Assembly Production Manager to oversee and manage assembly line operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety guidelines are consistently met. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in managing assembly processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily assembly production operations
Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule
Monitor assembly line performance and improve efficiency
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity
Ensure adherence to quality standards and reduce defects
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams
Handle manpower planning, training, and performance management
Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of assembly line processes
Leadership and team management skills
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Knowledge of lean manufacturing / continuous improvement
Familiarity with production planning and control
Good communication and coordination skills
Qualifications:
B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
Relevant certifications in production/operations (preferred)
