We are seeking an experienced Lead Integration Developer to design, build and support robust integrations between the Domino Data Lab platform and enterprise IT systems within a life sciences organization. In this role, you will architect secure, scalable data exchange solutions that connect clinical, research and enterprise systems—empowering data scientists and researchers with seamless access to the data and tools they need. This is a high-impact position for a hands-on technical leader who thrives at the intersection of integration engineering, cloud infrastructure and life sciences data governance.
Responsibilities

Design and develop integration solutions connecting Domino Data Lab with clinical systems, data lakes and enterprise applications

Build and maintain interfaces using Axway MFT, Dell Boomi and Python-based services

Develop APIs, data pipelines and event-driven integrations to support data science and analytics workflows

Implement secure data transfer mechanisms in compliance with GxP, HIPAA and other life sciences regulatory standards

Deploy and manage integration components in AWS, leverage EKS, S3, Lambda and API Gateway
-
Containerize and orchestrate integration services using Kubernetes (EKS)
-
Partner closely with data scientists, platform engineers and enterprise architects to establish scalable, reusable integration patterns

Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize integrations for performance, reliability and scalability
-
Maintain thorough documentation, versioning and governance of integration assets

Champion DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and infrastructure-as-code
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field
-
8-12 years of experience in integration development and middleware technologies
-
Expertise in Axway MFT (Managed File Transfer), Dell Boomi (integration platform) and Python for API and data integration development

Strong background in REST APIs, microservices and data integration patterns
-
Proven experience with AWS cloud services
-
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, specifically Amazon EKS
-
Proficiency in data formats and protocols: JSON, XML and CSV, SFTP and HTTPS
-
Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills in distributed system environments

English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have

Prior experience in life sciences, pharma or healthcare IT environments

Familiarity with Domino Data Lab or similar data science platforms

Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA)

Exposure to CI/CD tooling (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and IaC tools (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation)
