Job Title: Site Supervisor – Shore Piling
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our shore piling team.
Requirements:
- Experience in shore piling, piling, foundation, or related civil construction works.
- Ability to supervise site operations, manage manpower, and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in accordance with our company's standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Responsible, proactive, and committed to delivering quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and coordinate with project teams.
- Ensure work is completed as per project specifications and timelines.
- Maintain safety and quality standards on site.
- Monitor labor, equipment, and materials.
- Report project progress and site issues to management.
