Job Summary
The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily floor operations, supervising staff activities, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining discipline, and ensuring smooth workflow on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day floor operations.
- Monitor employee attendance, grooming, and discipline.
- Ensure proper customer handling and service standards.
- Coordinate staff duties and allocate work effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on the floor.
- Support the team in achieving sales and operational targets.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor stock/display arrangements and report shortages if any.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
- Prepare daily reports and update management regarding floor activities.
- Train and guide new employees when required.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.

Qualification & Experience
- Any Degree / Diploma.
