Job Description:
Helloaaye is seeking a smart, hardworking, and highly self-driven Back Office Executive to independently manage day-to-day administrative, documentation, and accounts-related functions at our Jamshedpur office. As management oversight will primarily be remote (via phone), the candidate must be reliable, proactive, and fully capable of handling responsibilities without close supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage data entry and maintain accurate documentation and records
- Handle administrative and coordination tasks across departments without close supervision
- Assist with basic accounts and billing-related tasks
- Manage correspondence, filing, and report preparation
- Liaise with vendors, clients, or internal teams as required
- Proactively update management via phone on daily operations and flag issues promptly
- Take full ownership of day-to-day office operations and ensure timely task completion
Candidate Requirements:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in back office, administration, or accounts support
- Freshers welcome.
- Sharp problem-solving skills and sound independent judgment
- Highly self-motivated and hardworking — comfortable working with minimal on-site supervision
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
- Trustworthy, dependable, and accountable, given the remote management structure
- Must be able to work full-time from the office location; remote/work-from-home is not available for this role
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
