- Gold Appraisal & Valuation: Assessing the purity, weight, and market value of pledged gold to determine loan eligibility.
- Loan Processing & Documentation: Executing KYC, completing loan agreements, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and RBI norms.
- Business Development & Sales: Sourcing new customers through field visits and local marketing; cross-selling additional NBFC products.
- Customer Relationship Management: Explaining loan features and interest rates, handling inquiries, and ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Collections & Follow-ups: Following up with customers regarding interest payments, renewals, or impending dues.
- Vault Security & Auditing: Safely handling, storing, and retrieving valuables; assisting with audits and ensuring branch compliance.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
