Role: Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats.
- Provide timely resolutions and support to customers.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
