Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Incoming, In-Process, and Final Quality Inspections (IQC/IPQC/FQC) as per Quality Control Plans and specifications.
- Perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections using measuring instruments.
- Carry out sample testing, verification, and Pre-Dispatch Inspections (PDI).
- Maintain inspection reports, quality records, NCRs, and quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, Work Instructions, QMS requirements, and quality standards.
- Implement and monitor 4S/5S practices, safety, and housekeeping on the shop floor.
- Support Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Verify material traceability, batch identification, and inspection status before release.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Dispatch teams to ensure quality compliance.
- Participate in quality audits and monitor rejection, rework, and defect trends.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of QC/QA, QMS, 4S/5S, Kaizen, PDCA, RCA, and CAPA.
- Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and inspection standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Polymer Technology, or related technical field.
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers may apply)
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
