About the Role
As a Founder's Office Intern, you'll work alongside the founders on high-impact business initiatives. This is a fast-paced role where you'll gain exposure to strategy, operations, sales, partnerships, product, and execution.
If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and building from scratch, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founders on strategic initiatives.
- Generate and qualify leads through market research and outbound prospecting.
- Conduct cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential customers.
- Schedule product demos and meetings with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support the sales pipeline by updating CRM and tracking opportunities.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.
- Work towards weekly and monthly outreach and meeting targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in business development and partnership outreach.
- Coordinate with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Track project execution and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business documentation.
- Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
- Support fundraising, investor research, and special projects when required.
What We're Looking For
- Final-year student or recent graduate (BBA, MBA, Engineering, Commerce, or related field).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
