Telecaller – Interior Design Company
Location: Perumbakkam, Chennai
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: 15k to 20k per month
Job Summary
we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an interior design company and be confident in handling customer calls, generating leads, and coordinating with clients regarding interior design services.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers and explain the company's interior design services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales/design team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and share relevant information with the team.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.
- Meet daily and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- Any UG Degree.
- Minimum 1 year of Telecalling experience in an Interior Design company.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently and professionally.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
