HR Executive (IT Recruitment & HR Operations)

Testrig Technologies is looking for a proactive HR Executive who can manage end-to-end IT recruitment while supporting day-to-day HR operations in a fast-growing technology company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer negotiation.
2. Coordinate offer generation, onboarding, and joining formalities for new employees.
3. Handle employee engagement, HR documentation, attendance, leave management, and other HR operations.
4. Support performance management, employee queries, and HR policy implementation.
5. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
6. Work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring and an excellent candidate experience.
What We’re Looking For:
1. 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment and HR operations.
2. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
