Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Serve food, beverages, and specialty coffees to customers
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of serving areas and tables
- Assist with basic café tasks like arranging cutlery, preparing tables, and clearing plates
- Provide menu suggestions or answer customer questions
- Handle customer interactions politely and professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service
- Follow all café safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Good communication and customer-interaction skills
- Pleasant and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of food and beverages (training will be provided)
- Punctual, responsible, and well-groomed
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
