Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
* Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
* Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
* Follow up on agreements, proposals, and payment processes.
* Coordinate internally to ensure smooth closure of mandates.
* Maintain MIS reports and daily activity trackers.
* Achieve monthly business development targets.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
* Basic understanding of recruitment/staffing industry preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Email communication, and LinkedIn.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
* 0–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Recruitment Industry.
