Responsibilities:
- Manage complete artificial grass yarn extrusion operations.
- Plan daily production schedules and achieve production targets.
- Monitor yarn quality, Dtex, tensile strength, color consistency, and process parameters.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and production teams.
- Ensure optimum machine utilization and minimize downtime.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and inventory consumption.
- Train and supervise operators and helpers.
- Implement safety and housekeeping standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Polymer, Textile, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in plastic extrusion or artificial grass yarn manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of Monofilament, Fibrillated, Curly Yarn, and ATY production.
- Experience handling extrusion lines, winding systems, and quality controls.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
