About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern who wants to build a career in recruitment and gain practical, end-to-end hiring experience.
This is a hands-on internship where you will be involved in the complete recruitment process, from understanding hiring requirements and creating job descriptions to sourcing, interviewing, offer communication, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Prepare and publish job descriptions across relevant job portals and recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Discuss compensation, negotiate offers, and manage candidate expectations.
- Handle post-offer communication and follow-ups.
- Support the onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day Talent Acquisition activities.
Requirements
- Freshers and candidates pursuing/recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
