· Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and on boarding.
· Maintain employee records as per statutory requirements and company policies.
· Coordinate training and development programs.
· Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
· Support employee engagement activities and resolve day-to-day HR queries.
· Ensure compliance with labour laws such as PF, ESI, and labour welfare scheme.
· 2-5 years of HR experience in any industries
· Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
