Job Description
Waffle Castle is hiring a Waffle Maker / Team Member to support daily outlet operations. This role includes food preparation, customer service, billing, and maintaining hygiene standards as per company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders in a polite and professional manner
- Prepare waffles and desserts according to standard recipes
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Operate the POS system for billing and payment processing
- Pack orders accurately and hand over within the given time
- Assist with inventory handling and basic stock checks
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass
- Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
- Experience in Food & Beverage or QSR is an advantage but not mandatory
- Basic communication skills in Hindi /English/Marathi
- Willingness to follow hygiene and safety procedures
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (Morning/Evening)
