Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and technically strong SEO Team Lead to lead our SEO team, manage multiple projects, develop effective SEO strategies, and ensure timely project delivery. The ideal candidate should have excellent technical SEO knowledge, strong team-handling skills, and the ability to plan and execute SEO campaigns for international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to achieve project and performance targets.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies based on client objectives and business goals.
- Handle Technical SEO, including website audits, crawling, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema, redirects, canonicalization, and technical issues.
- Plan SEO activities, priorities, resources, and timelines for multiple projects.
- Create and monitor SEO roadmaps and ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page and off-page SEO planning.
- Review and optimize technical and on-page SEO implementation.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, GA4, and SEO tools.
- Analyze ranking, traffic, conversion, and other SEO performance metrics.
- Identify SEO issues and provide actionable recommendations to the team and clients.
- Coordinate with content, development, and digital marketing teams for SEO implementation.
- Review team deliverables and maintain quality standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Prepare SEO reports, project updates, and performance analysis for management/client discussions.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably with experience in an agency environment.
- Excellent Technical SEO knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong experience in SEO strategy development and execution.
- Proven experience in team handling and leadership.
- Strong project planning, task allocation, and delivery management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of On-Page, Technical, Local, and Off-Page SEO.
- Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple SEO projects and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹17,400.96 - ₹68,216.89 per month
